No Therapist-Client Relationship

Use of this website, including viewing content, submitting forms, or sending messages, does not create a therapist-client relationship. A formal counseling relationship is established only after a completed intake process, signed consent forms, and mutual agreement to begin services.

Emergency and Crisis Situations

This website is not intended for emergency or crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in immediate danger, or need urgent assistance, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

You may also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or reach out to a local crisis hotline or emergency mental health service in your area.

KalliCo Counseling, PLLC does not provide emergency services or after-hours crisis support.

Scope of Services

Counseling services are intended to support emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs through a collaborative counseling process. Services are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or emergency intervention.

Clients are encouraged to consult with medical professionals regarding concerns related to medication, physical health, or medical diagnosis.

Services are provided by Kalli Stout, M.A., NCC, LPC Associate, in the state of Texas under the clinical supervision of Meredith A. Ivey, M.Ed., LPC-S, RPT-S, Certified CCPT/CCGPT Supervisor.
